4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership remains with snac Development until full payment is received. Clients receive usage rights or full ownership of deliverables only after payment.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the agreed milestones. Late payments may incur fees. All payments are non-refundable once work begins except as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

snac Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for how they use delivered projects.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be addressed in the courts of Germany.
